My decision to establish a home healthcare business is grounded in both personal and professional experience. For more than three decades, I have witnessed the impact of chronic illness within my own family, as my sister has lived with lupus for over 30 years. Supporting her throughout this journey has given me invaluable firsthand insight into the challenges faced by individuals with long-term health conditions and their families, as well as the critical importance of compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care in the home.

In addition to this personal foundation, I bring over 20 years of professional experience in disability services, veteran transition and employment programs, and support services. As a director-level leader, I have a proven record of driving high-impact programs, optimizing operations, and leading strategic initiatives. I have worked closely with individuals across a broad spectrum of physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, which has strengthened my ability to deliver personalized care, design tailored support strategies, and advocate for dignity, independence, and quality of life. My background also includes extensive collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care and access to critical resources.
